3CX V20 Update 8 BETA introduces several new AI features and call management improvements.

๐Ÿ”น AI Call Screening is now available across all apps (Windows, Web, Android, iOS) with a consistent experience.

๐Ÿ”น Bossโ€“Secretary Call Handling allows admins to assign a PA (human or AI) to manage calls, define when itโ€™s active, and control which calls are screened. These rules override standard forwarding.

๐Ÿ”น Shared Voicemail for Queues & Ring Groups now includes a proper shared inbox with flexible delivery options.

๐Ÿ”น Department-Based M365 Sync lets admins sync users based on Microsoft 365 groups for easier management.

๐Ÿ”น AI Receptionist Improvements include multi-language support, department-aware routing, extended caller ID checks, and new tools like Transfer to Voicemail and Chat Message forwarding.

This is a BETA release โ€” recommended for testing only.
