Is flexibility more valuable than having a permanent office?

The traditional idea of renting an office for several years seems very different from how many small businesses operate today.

Some people work remotely most of the time and only need a professional space occasionally. Others prefer having somewhere they can use regularly without committing to a conventional office.

I've been looking at options around Ilford Business Centre and it made me curious about what businesses actually prefer.
