What makes a workspace worth paying for?

I was comparing different workspace options recently, including IBC (Ilford Business Centre), and it made me think about what people actually value when choosing a place to work.

Is it the location? Fast Wi-Fi? Meeting rooms? Being around other professionals? Or is working from home still the better option for most people?
