Would you ever pay for a workspace if you already work from home?

Working from home is convenient, but I've noticed that some entrepreneurs and freelancers still choose places like IBC (Ilford Business Centre) a few days each week.

I'm wondering what makes that worthwhile. Is it easier to stay focused, meet clients, or just have a better routine?
