What We’re Looking For

We invite partners who can provide manual and contact-center routes with a 1/1 wholesale pulse and support across three key performance tiers:

ACD 6–15 seconds

ACD 15–40 seconds

ACD 40+ seconds

with ASR from 50% up to 80–90%.
